Get started with wAnywhere in minutes

From registration to live activity monitoring — follow these five steps to set up your organization, onboard users, and start tracking productivity.

Step 01 · Super Admin
Register Your Organization

Visit wAnywhere
Go to wanywhere.com and click the Register button at the top right corner of the homepage.

Fill in your organization details
Enter your organization name, your name, work email address, and create a secure password. Click Register to submit.

Confirm your email
Check your inbox for a confirmation email from wAnywhere. Click the activation link to unlock your Super Admin account.

Log in to the Admin Console
Visit console.wanywhere.com and sign in with your registered email and password.

Step 02 · Admin Console
Onboard Users to Monitor

Navigate to User Management
In the Admin Console, go to the User Management section from the left sidebar.

Add individual users
Click Add User and fill in the user's name, email, role, and department. Each user will receive their login credentials via email. These are the employees you want to monitor.

Bulk onboard if needed
For adding multiple users at once, use the Bulk Import option with a CSV file — ideal for larger teams.
💡 Each user you add here will install the agent on their machine and log in with these credentials. Make sure their email addresses are accessible so they can receive their invite.

Step 03 · Admin Console
Setup Configuration

Open Configuration settings
In the Admin Console, navigate to the Configuration section to define monitoring parameters for your organization.

Set monitoring policies
Configure rules for screen capture frequency, activity tracking thresholds, work hours, shift schedules, and compliance policies based on your requirements.

Enable AI security features (optional)
Activate features like Facial Recognition, PII Masking, Multiple Person Detection, or Data Breach Security as needed for your use case.

Save and apply
Review your settings and click Save. These configurations will automatically apply to all monitored users once the agent is active.

Step 04 · User's Machine
Download & Install the Agent App

Download the agent for your platform
Go to the Client Download page and download the installer for your operating system.

Install the agent
Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen steps. Refer to the platform-specific installation guide for detailed instructions.

Log in to the agent app
Launch the wAnywhere agent after installation. Log in using the credentials created in User Management (Step 2) — not the Super Admin credentials.

Confirm successful connection
After a successful login, the agent will connect to your organization's console and begin tracking activity in real time. The agent icon will appear in the system tray.
⚠️ Each monitored employee must complete this step on their own machine. Share the download link and credentials with them. Activity tracking begins as soon as they log in.

Step 05 · Admin Console
Verify Activity in the Monitor

Log back into the Admin Console
Return to console.wanywhere.com and sign in with your Super Admin credentials.

Go to Productivity Dashboard → Activity Monitor
Navigate to the Productivity Dashboard and open the Activity Monitor section to see live activity data from your monitored users.

Check if activity is being captured
Confirm that users who successfully logged into the agent now appear with activity data — login times, active/idle status, app usage, and work patterns.

Review the Overview dashboard
Use the Overview section for an organization-wide productivity snapshot — attendance summaries, total active hours, and team-level analytics.
If you see the user's activity appearing in the Activity Monitor, your setup is complete! wAnywhere is now actively tracking and reporting on your team's productivity.

Your organization is now fully configured. Activity data is flowing into the console in real time. Explore advanced features like AI security, screen monitoring, time-off management, and detailed reports from the Admin Console.
